I am from Mexico and studied both my undergrad and MSc in my country. Before starting my PhD, I worked as a research assistant in Mexican research institutes. My MSc and PhD focus on mexican primate conservation, analyzing landscape attributes and ecological factors that affect primate distribution and their populations, together with human aspects, such as forest transformation and hunting.
